What Are Enumerators
Become an enumerator, share your code, and earn for every attributed survey or form submission you drive.
Enumerators are field agents and influencers who drive responses to a survey or form. Each enumerator has one shareable code. When someone submits using that code, the enumerator earns the reward the creator configured.
This is different from the Referrals program, which rewards you for inviting new users. Enumerator codes reward you for driving survey and form submissions.
Becoming an enumerator
You need full identity (NIN) verification before you can generate an enumerator code. This is the single eligibility gate: because the person we eventually pay is already verified, your earnings are withdrawal-eligible by default.
To get started, open the Enumerator section of your dashboard and tap Generate code. If you are not yet verified, you'll be prompted to verify your identity first. See Verification for how to complete it.
You get one code that works across every survey and form you're eligible to earn on. You don't need a new code per campaign.
Your code and share links
Once generated, your Enumerator dashboard shows:
- Your code - copy it to share directly.
- Share links - a ready-made link for each survey or form you can earn on. The link carries your code, so when the respondent opens it, you're credited automatically (they can still see and edit the code before submitting).
- Your attributions - every submission credited to you, grouped by survey or form, with its status and reward.
- Totals - your lifetime credits and points earned through enumeration, plus anything still pending.
Share your link or code however you reach people. The respondent's code is locked in when they start a survey, or when they submit a form.
When you can earn on a survey or form
A creator must enable enumerator rewards on their survey or form before you can earn on it. There are two setups:
- Open access - any verified enumerator can earn.
- Restricted access - only enumerators the creator has added to their whitelist can earn. If a survey or form is restricted and you're not on the list, your code won't be credited.
Eligible surveys and forms appear automatically in the Share links area of your Enumerator dashboard.
How and when you get paid
- Auto mode - you're paid from the creator's reward pool as soon as a valid submission comes in. If their pool is temporarily empty, your reward waits as Pending and is paid first-come, first-served when they top up. We never promise a payout date for pending rewards.
- Manual mode - the submission is Tracked only. No money moves on the platform; the creator settles with you off-platform using the counts and stats they can see.
A reward shows as "credited" once it lands in your wallet, but like all earnings it passes through a short holding period before the withdrawable portion is released. Earned (cashable) credits become withdrawable on the next release; any portion funded from deposited credits is held until its chargeback window clears.
Your privacy as an enumerator
You only ever see the status of your own attributions ("Under review", "Pending", "Paid", and counts). You never see respondent emails, names, devices, or locations. Respondent identity is never shared with creators, so it's never shared with enumerators either.
A few rules to know
- You can't earn by answering a survey or form with your own code. Self-attribution is always blocked.
- Removing or restricting access is forward-only: work you already earned (paid or pending) is always honored. Removal never claws back genuine work.
- Rewards can only be reversed in cases of confirmed fraud (fake, bot, or duplicate submissions). Genuine work is never clawed back, even if a creator closes their survey early.
