Understanding Forms
What Opinyze Forms are, how they differ from paid surveys, and when to use them.
What are Opinyze Forms?
Opinyze Forms are public forms you create and share with a link. Anyone with the link can respond, and they don't need an Opinyze account to do so. Use them to collect feedback, applications, registrations, event RSVPs, orders or requests, quizzes, research responses, and more.
Each published form has its own public link (for example, opinyze.com/forms/customer-feedback) that you can share anywhere.
Forms vs. paid surveys
Forms and paid verified surveys are different features:
- Forms are open and link-based. They are free to answer, and answering a form does not earn rewards. You decide who gets the link.
- Paid surveys are part of Opinyze's research panel. Respondents are matched by demographics and earn credits for eligible responses.
If you want responses from anyone you share a link with, use a form. If you want targeted, paid responses from verified panellists, create a survey.
Independent creator notice
Forms are created by independent Opinyze users. Opinyze does not create, review, or endorse the content of individual forms. As a creator, you are responsible for what you collect and how you use it.
Form categories
When you create a form, you choose a category that describes its purpose:
Feedback, Registration, Application, Contact, Event RSVP, Order / Request, Quiz, Survey, Research, Booking, and Other.
